Sex offender moves into Aberdeen

The Aberdeen Police Department has notified the public that a 41-year-old sex offender has been released back into the community. Donald Conrad Weems was convicted in 2000 of first-degree child rape and has completed his court-ordered treatment, a police bulletin said.
