The members of Pemberton’s dominating dragon boat program are setting their sights on double digits. Ten years ago, the Laoyam Eagles won their first junior title at the Rio Tinto Alcan (formerly Alcan) Dragon Boat Festival, kicking off a string of nine consecutive victories.
