Rockford schools' Creative and Performing Arts program clarified

ROCKFORD — Dozens of parents, students and teachers came to the Education Committee meeting Monday prepared to fight for the Creative and Performing Arts program, housed at Ellis Arts Academy for middle school students and at Auburn High School.
