Summer activities planned for disabled area residents (Northwest Herald)

Last summer, 22-year-old McHenry resident Brenna Lindquist volunteered at a summer camp, took dance classes, and participated in a fashion show. This year, she plans to play softball, take cooking classes and swim, all as a part of Northern Illinois Special Recreation Association’s summer activities.
