No Zuma submissions to Constitutional Court (SABC News)

Arms company Thint has filed a submission to the Constitutional Court over delayed judgments in cases involving it. These cases also involve ANC President Jacob Zuma. Zuma's lawyer, Michael Hulley, had not made any formal submissions, by today's deadline.
