(RTTNews) - Friday, telecommunications company Belgacom SA (BGAOF.PK) reported a fall in its first-quarter earnings, hurt by lower revenues along with the absence of a capital gain that benefited the prior-year quarter results. The company also confirmed its outlook for fiscal 2008.
