As part of our Earth Day Celebration 2008, Philipsburg School studied birds. We selected owls as our class study project. We read “Owls: Whoo Are They?� by Kila Jarvis and Denver Holt. Through this book we learned all about owls and their many adaptations. Each child selected an owl.
