ASSAULT: Ronald J. Slade, 40, 51 Franklin Ave., Apt. 4, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and third degree menacing. The police responded to Rite Aid on South Transit and High Street at 6:30 p.m. in reference to a customer who allegedly attacked a clerk.
