NORTH VANCOUVER -- RCMP have confirmed a body recovered Friday morning from the swollen waters of Lynn Canyon is that of Andrew Koch. The 26-year-old was swept away by strong currents June 29 while he tried to cross the river with friends. Rescue crews called off the search last week when rising waters made rescue efforts too dangerous.
