WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) – Doctors and dieticians who recommend replacing red meat with fish might want to be more specific. Wake Forest University School of Medicine research indicates farm-raised catfish and tilapia contains very low levels of beneficial omega-3 fatty acids and very high levels of omega-6 fatty acids.

July 9 (Bloomberg) -- Denso Corp. , 23 percent owned by Toyota Motor Corp., has started to research and develop technology to make fuel from algae. Denso began the project at the beginning of this year, Tomohiro Miura , a spokesman, said by phone today. No other details have been decided, he said.
