JERSEY CITY– In celebration of July 4th, US Independence Day and Philippine- American Friendship Day, the Filipino American National Historical Society, New Jersey Chapter (FANHS NJ) will hold an exhibit of photographs honoring American and Filipino Veterans.

The Manalapan Arts Council will present the first in a series of summer concerts slated to take place at the Manalapan Recreation Center. Bad Medicine, a Bon Jovi tribute band will perform from 6-8 p.m. July 27. Hailing from Long Island, N.Y., Bad Medicine has spent the last seven years establishing itself as one of the most sought-after tribute shows in the nation.
