Orange County prosecutors have charged a magazine photographer with having sex with a 15-year-old girl after agreeing to help her modeling career. The district attorney's office says 33-year-old Jason Ellis of Newport Beach was charged Tuesday with six counts of sexual acts with a minor, including statutory rape.

A magazine photographer was charged Tuesday with having sex with a 15-year-old girl by luring her with promises of a modeling career, prosecutors said.
