Stark moves into warmer plant hardiness zone

The updated U.S. Department of Agriculture Plant Hardiness Map unveiled recently places nearly all of Ohio into a warmer zone — 6a and b. It’s an indication our winter seasons on average are warming here, about 5 degrees compared to the 1990 map.
