Will Pier is one of four candidates running for the 1st District supervisor's seat. The 64-year-old Pier has been a Valley resident for 38 years. He received an associate's degree from Santa Rosa Junior College and earned a bachelor's degree in cultural and physical geography from UC Berkeley.
