'Conservation' should be clue to their water views (Orlando Sentinel)

The Seminole Soil and Water Conservation District passed a resolution Tuesday opposing the withdrawal of additional surface water from the St. Johns River. The resolution is a response to Seminole County's plans to take water from the river for irrigation and drinking.
