Summer interns helped mark out a 30-foot by 30-foot square Tuesday. Measuring tape still lay in the white sand beside St. Philips Church at Brunswick Town/Fort Anderson and Jennifer Gabriel , an anthropology student at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, put her foot on the 50 cm mark as a guide for Shawn Patch .
