DAVIS, Calif., Feb. 9, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) in California announced May 18, 2012, as the deadline to submit project proposals for fiscal year 2012 Conservation Innovation Grants (CIG).
