S.F. ranks among top biking cities

The city of Santa Fe is one of the top 10 cities for bicycling, according to Outside magazine. Santa Fe came in ninth, beating out Chico, Calif. The magazine, located in Santa Fe, ranked Tucson, Ariz., as the best city for biking.
