Steady Rain Sparks Flooding in New York, New Jersey (FOX 5 New York)

High winds and heavy rain Monday caused flooding in a number of communities in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware. The strong winds and pelting rain caused power outages and prompted some evacuations. A Coastal Flood Advisory remains in effect until Tuesday morning.
