Expect more rains, or worse another typhoon with strong winds, a PAGASA weather forecaster said Tuesday. Nathaniel Cruz said there is high probability that the Low Pressure Area (LPA) spotted by PAGASA satellites 390 kilometers west southwest of Iba, Zambales may turn into a storm.
