KOTA KINABALU, May 13 (Bernama) -- To lure more tourists into the country, the tourism ministry will propose to the Cabinet to set up a body specialising in sports tourism.

It features a wrinkle-free 1983 Sixers jersey worn by Julius Erving, a size-16 sneaker ('fo-times-'fo) that belonged to Moses Malone, a chunk of twine from the net cut down by Villanova's shock-the-world 1985 championship team.

Helsinki, FIN: In a move to increase the profitability of both its Outdoor Sport and its Industrial Composite business, Exel Plc has sold the EXEL Sports Outdoor sport division, which includes cross-country, downhill, Nordic walking and blading, to KARHU, Finland, one of the leading Finnish Sports equipment manufacturers.
