JAKARTA -(Dow Jones)- Coal miner PT Adaro Energy said Monday that it will offer 11.14 billion shares, or a 34.8% stake, via an initial public offering to raise IDR12.3 trillion ($1.32 billion) in Indonesia's biggest initial public offering this year and the second biggest in the country's history.
