Close to 80 people listened to and questioned local resident Zara Rabnawaz at the Capital Senior Center's monthly lecture series Wind & Unwind last week. Rabnawaz, a business analyst with Computer Sciences Corporation, was transferred to Columbia 30 years ago and became a citizen in the early 90s.

KUALA LUMPUR, July 24 (Bernama) -- Umno information chief Tan Sri Muhammad Muhamad Taib said Umno would continue to hold muzakarahs (meetings) with PAS as this was important for the people and Islam.

KUALA LUMPUR: Umno will hold more talks with PAS to discuss issues related to Islam, Umno information chief Tan Sri Muhammad Muhammad Taib said. He added such talks should be welcomed because as Muslims, both parties should not compromise on the subject.
