City council fills engineering post (Edwardsville Intelligencer)

The city of Edwardsville has finally filled its engineering position. The city appointed Public Works employee Eric Williams on Tuesday to serve as city engineer. Williams had been serving as Interim City Engineer since July, 2007, when Cynthia Watters resigned from the position.
