Monday's Columbia City Council-for a change-started out with good news. The council recognized local contractor Gregg Crawford for all his efforts to make Columbia as beautiful a city as it can be. Crawford has remodeled several buildings along Main Street, including the Prudential Building and the Old Distillery.
