ATLANTA - Gov. Sonny Perdue has signed legislation designed to make Georgia the Hollywood of the South. The 2008 Entertainment Industry Investment Act creates incentives to shoot in the Peach State. It offers a 20-percent tax credit for productions that take place in Georgia.
