Mayors endorse franchise for MMDA radio station (Yehey!)

In what may be suspected as a move to widen his reach to the public in line with the 2010 elections, Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Chairman Bayani Fernando revealed Sunday that the Metro Manila Council recently approved a resolution asking the Congress to grant the agency a franchise to operate a radio station.
