 The Boston Fire Department is ordering a return to work for a firefighter who competed in a bodybuilding contest while on disability leave for a back injury.  A fire department spokesman said Friday officials believe 46-year-old Albert Arroyo can do his job inspecting buildings as a member of the Fire Prevention Division. He's been ordered back to work on Monday.
