Starting in late July, Ohio Governor Ted Strickland will host 12 "Conversations on Education" forums throughout the state. According to the "Conversations on Education" program's website, one of these forums will be held in the Tri-State.

The Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks will be offering a hunter education Internet-assisted course this summer. You must be at least 11 years old to take the course. Interested persons should call the Kansas Wildlife and Parks office at (620) 227-8609.
