Local student accepted to arts institute (Muskogee Phoenix)

Hope Hoog has been accepted to the Oklahoma Summer Arts Institute at Quartz Mountain, a prestigious residential arts academy held in June in southwestern Oklahoma. Hoog was one of 274 students selected through competitive statewide auditions from a pool of more than 1,100 applicants.
