Bandar Seri Begawan - Twenty officers from various ministries and departments are attending a four-day workshop, organised by the Civil Service Institute, on public relations. Facilitating the workshop is Dr Zulhamri Abdullah, the Deputy Director of University Putra Malaysia's Co-Curriculum Centre.
