NYSE Euronext announced Thursday that it has agreed to buy Corpedia Corp., a company that sells legal compliance and ethics programs to businesses, to expand services for companies listed on the New York Stock Exchange.

Executive Council okays Lynch's pick New Hampshire's Executive Council yesterday approved the governor's nomination of a veteran appellate lawyer with a deep grounding in legal ethics to the state Supreme Court.
