Santa Clara District Attorney Dolores A. Carr announced that her office joined with district attorneys in San Mateo, Santa Cruz and Alameda counties in resolving a civil action against Kelly-Moore Paint Co. Inc. CEDAR RAPIDS (AP) - U.S. attorneys officials say four men have been charged with failing to register as a sex offender. The federal indictments against the men were filed this week in U.S. District Court in Cedar Rapids. Two prominent Charlotte attorneys said Wednesday that they would consider filing a federal lawsuit against the city of Charlotte if police presence continues at an uptown street where volunteers feed the homeless.
