PORT LOUIS (Reuters) - Mauritius' balance of payments surplus will halve this year due to a higher oil price, the Indian Ocean island's finance minister said on Thursday. Xavier Duval forecast the balance of payments surplus at 2.5 billion rupees down from a surplus of 5 billion rupees last year, based on an oil price of $120 per barrel.
