VIENNA (Reuters) - Egyptian tycoon Naguib Sawiris threatened to sell his stake in Telekom Austria - perhaps to Mexican peer Carlos Slim - if Austria does not give Sawiris and partner Ronny Pecik free rein to streamline the company.
