KUWAIT CITY : Agents of the Drug Control General Department (DCGD) under the command of Brigadier Sheikh Ahmad Al-Khalifa in conjunction with the General Administration of Customs officers under the leadership of Director General Ibrahim Al-Ghanim foiled an attempt by a Kuwaiti to smuggle 6 kilograms of hashish into the country in a truck coming from Iraq driven by an Egyptian expatriate.

KUWAIT CITY : The Farwaniya police have arrested a 75-year-old Iranian man for entering the country illegally, reports Al-Rai daily. The man was caught loitering in Khaitan and failed to show his identification papers.
