Governor Bentley Changes Name of State Agency to Better State Mission

Governor Robert Bentley on Thursday signed an Executive Order changing the name of the Governor’s Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives to Serve Alabama: The Governor’s Office of Faith-Based and Community Service, to better reflect the agency’s role and to clearly state its mission.
