Sacramento Arena Task Force Picks Railyard Site (CBS 13 Sacramento)

After months of investigation and debate, a task force put together to find the best plan to bring a new sports arena to Sacramento, has made a choice. The Sacramento First Task Force actually identified three plans as "feasible" but is recommending a plan that would put a sports, art and entertainment complex on city-owned property south of the downtown railyards.

Detroit -- Dan Gilbert, whose empire includes Quicken Loans, said at a meeting of the Detroit Economic Club today that he will move the headquarters of his Fathead sports decal company from Livonia to downtown Detroit.
