Roll out the red carpet! The 16th Annual San Luis Obispo International Film Festival gets underway Friday. The festival will feature ten days of movies and events with filmmakers from all over the world. Even locals will get a chance to show off their work. Among some of the celebrity guests, actor Alan Arkin will be honored on Saturday night at the Fremont Theatre.
