Ted Cook was always on target for Greater Knoxville Sports Hall of Fame (The Tennessean)

Ted Cook was a defensive star for the Vols who served for three years during World War II. He returned to UT and was a captain of both the UT basketball and golf teams in 1946-47. The Greater Knoxville Sports Hall of Fame will induct him July 9 at the Convention Center.
