Investment group sues Comerica Bank over Norwalk Furniture deal (The Morning Journal)

NORWALK — An Akron-based investment group which attempted to invest in Norwalk Furniture Corp. before it folded, is suing Comerica Bank, claiming it interfered with the deal. The bank was demanding Norwalk Furniture repay its loans.
