Roadside animals sales could become illegal

The Caddo Parish Commission will meet today and discuss an ordinance that would make it illegal to sell animals on public right of ways and commercial parking lots.

The wafting smell of animal hoarding was evident from a street outside a Hillyard home on Wednesday morning. SpokAnimal was on scene seizing animals on a warrant for animal cruelty and neglect.
