Krysilis is sold

The Krysilis Board of Directors has voted to sell all assets to, and become a part of, Mosaic, a national faith-based organization that provides support services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in 250 communities in ten states. The transfer of assets to Mosaic will take place April 1.
