Gazette-Times The League of Women Voters will hold a series of voters service forums beginning Tuesday and ending Thursday, Oct. 23. The forums will provide information about candidates and ballot measures on the Nov. 4 ballot.

Forums to feature area candidates (Delano Eagle)

The Delano Chamber of Commerce will sponsor forums featuring area political candidates starting at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 16 and Thursday, Oct. 23. All forums will take place in the city council chambers at Delano City Hall, 234 Second St. N., Delano.

Three recent candidate forums sponsored by the local Voter Education Coalition will be rebroadcast on Sunflower Broadband Channel 6 before the Nov. 4 general election. The taped forums also are available on demand on Sunflower Broadband and at the Election 2008 link on LJWorld.com.
