Make education birth right of girl child, says President (Outlook India)

Recalling the pioneering role of social reformer Maharshi Dhondo Keshav Karve in women's empowerment a century back, President Pratibha Patil tonight said education should be treated as the birth right of the girl child to ensure the "full blossoming" of her personality.
