A class of vibrant writers embarked on an assignment that taught them not only research skills but an appreciation for Jefferson City history. WALNUT — A golf outing benefiting ALS research in support of Jan Monier and the Monier family will be June 7 at the Green River Country Club in Walnut. There are two tee times available for the “Driving 4 Life” 18-hole double shotgun scramble. The morning tee time is 9 a.m., and the afternoon tee time is 1 p.m. Cost of the scramble is $200 per team of four.Head of research center focusing on hydrogen (The Bismarck Tribune)
