Broadweave merges with Veracity, gains rest of iProvo clients (The Salt Lake Tribune)

SOUTH JORDAN - The speculation is over: Broadweave Networks will be the only telecommunications provider for iProvo.     Steve Christensen, Broadweave's chief executive, announced Friday that his company purchased Veracity, one of iProvo's retail providers, in a cash-and-stock deal.
