Jonathan Beech, 20, of Benton was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated and no proof of insurance after police saw a vehicle pulling into a parking lot at Ash Street and East Kiehl Avenue. The businesses in the mall were closed, but the vehicle’s occupants were just sitting there.
