What the heck were you thinking allowing a survey to be conducted in and about the New Oxford square during rush hour? Coincidentally, every hour is rush hour around the town's roundabout.

City Council awards Reach Road contract (The Williamsport Sun-Gazette)

City Council awarded a $434,167 contract for phase one of the Reach Road resurfacing and restoration work between Arch Street and the Reach Road Interchange. The contract went to the lowest of three bidders, HRI Inc of W. Fourth Street, and work is to start next month and be completed within 60 days.

New road cut into Croy Creek trailhead (Idaho Mountain Express and Guide)

A new access road has been cut into the former Rotarun recreation area west of Hailey in Croy Canyon, Big Wood Backcountry Trails executive director Chris Leman announced this week in a posting on the group's Web site.
