Four Charged Under Occupational Health and Safety Act

Four employees of a construction company in St. John's plead guilty to a single charge under the Occupational Health and Safety Act. The guilty pleas were entered in court this month, and the charge was laid after an inspection at a house being built near Blackmarsh road this spring.
